Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration for and participation in the Golden Jubilee RS Alumni Picnic, organised by the MPSC Alumni Association as part of Mohammadpur Preparatory School & College's Golden Jubilee (50 Years) celebration. By submitting the registration form, you agree to these Terms.
01Eligibility
Registration is open to former students and alumni of Mohammadpur Preparatory School & College. You must provide accurate academic information (SSC/HSC year, roll number, student ID where applicable) during registration. The organising committee reserves the right to verify this information and to approve or reject any registration at its discretion.
02Registration & Payment
The registration fee is ৳3,000 per person for the first 3,000 alumni, counted in the order their payments are completed. Once those 3,000 seats are taken, the fee for later alumni is ৳3,500 per person. The spouse and children of a registered alumnus may register for ৳2,000 per person. Fees must be paid in full through the designated payment gateway; a digital payment confirmation (receipt) is issued once payment is completed, and a registration is complete only when its payment is confirmed. Fees are collected, recorded and deposited under the financial procedures approved by the organising committee. What the registration fee includes will be finalised and announced by the organising committee.
03Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests should be sent in writing to the Alumni Relations Office. Refunds, if approved, are processed at the discretion of the organising committee and may be subject to a processing deduction. Requests made close to the event date may not be eligible for a refund.
04Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow alumni, guests, staff, and volunteers throughout the event. The organising committee reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
05Photography & Media
Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for use in MPSC Alumni Association publications, the official website, and social media. By attending, you consent to such use unless you notify the organising committee in writing in advance.
06Changes to the Event
The organising committee reserves the right to modify the event date, venue, schedule, or fees due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered alumni will be notified of any material changes via the email address provided at registration.
