This Privacy Policy explains how the MPSC Alumni Association collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you register for the Golden Jubilee RS Alumni Picnic through this website.

When you register, we collect information such as your name, email address, mobile number, password, academic details (SSC/HSC year and roll, graduation year, student ID), profession, and payment-related information processed through our payment gateway partner.

Your information is used to process and verify your registration, communicate updates about the event, process payments, and — if you opt in — send newsletters and updates from the MPSC Alumni Association. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
03Payment Information
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers; these are handled directly by the payment gateway in accordance with its own security standards.
04Data Sharing
We may share limited information with the organising committee, volunteers, and vendors strictly for the purpose of running the event (e.g. attendee lists for check-in, catering counts). We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your registration information for as long as necessary to administer the event and maintain alumni records, and as required for legitimate record-keeping and legal purposes.
